Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. From the time your order has been shipped, please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order.

From time to time there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. If such happens then please allow up to 5 working days to process your order and up to 10 working days for receipt of delivery.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £4.95 flat rate shipping to United Kindom.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [HER Beauty 9B Queen Street, Enniskillen, BT74 7JR]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are [11am-3pm] on [Wednesdays]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
